20. How do I get from Dublin airport to the Roxford Lodge Hotel?
The best way to get to our hotel from Dublin airport is with the luxury bus called the Air Coach. The Air coach operates a direct service between Ballsbridge and Dublin Airport.
This service runs every hour, 24 hours a day. The cost of this coach is €9 (Euros) each one way. You can purchase the tickets for this coach at the Air Coach bus stop at the airport. When buying your tickets make sure that you are getting on the bus which brings you to Ballsbridge as there are several of these coaches and they all take different routes!
The stop that you will need to get off at is the School House Hotel which is literally less than a 2 minute walk from there to our Hotel. When you get off the bus outside the School House Hotel, literally just walk in the same direction as the bus goes and you will see our Hotel at the first bus stop for regular buses on that road! It is very convenient!
When returning back to the airport, you can catch the air coach the stop on the opposite side of the road that you got off at, it will also cost the same going back. You can also take a taxi from the airport to our hotel, which are also outside the arrivals hall of Dublin airport. A taxi will cost you anything from €32.00 upwards depending on traffic and the amount of passengers. You can also take the Airlink bus, but that bus will leave you in the city centre only on O’Connell Street. You will then have to take the number 4 or 7 bus from there to our hotel.
